DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES -Report to the property manager -Conduct daily walks to inspect the community -Keep updated list of tenant violations and maintenance issues.
-Meet with vendors -Meet with prospective buyers and show vacant homes -Answer the phone and take messages and relay to PM -Filing -Hand out notices to all tenants -Collect and organize rent payments for Property Manager to process -Job requires constant communication with Property Manager -Attend weekly corporate meetings QUALIFICATIONS -Basic computer skills (ability to check and send emails via outlook, use instant messaging systems; create a word document) -Basic office skills - able to Scan, Fax, Print, and Answer phones -Able to multi-task, and be organized -MUST be willing to walk the community several times a day -Valid Drivers License and vehicle -Excellent communication skills required Compensation Full-time Paid time off available to full time employees HOUSING AVAILABLE Opportunity to advance with a growing company The job description above is intended to describe the general content of and requirements for performing this job and is not an exhaustive statement of duties, responsibilities or requirements.
