Responsibilities:
Involved in setup, production, and maintenance of CNC horizontal/vertical milling and turning centers Skilled in the use of a variety of CNC machining tools and precision measuring devices to produce parts to customer specifications, including post-run responsibilities such as deburring Read and edit programs to ensure parts are ran to print Understand and interpret blueprints, sketches, or other descriptions of parts to be machined from selected materials Ability to delegate and knowledge of supervisory techniques, personnel policies, and procedures Requirements and
Qualifications:
Preferred ten years of experience as a CNC machinist Ability to read and work from sketches, specifications, and blueprints Ability to determine work priorities and delegate work to others Ability to communicate effectively Working knowledge of machine shop equipment, tools, and precision measuring devices Ability to read/edit programs
