Responsibilities:
What are the care requirements of this client? Meal Preparation Light Housekeeping Engagement Bathing/Dressing Standby assistance Toileting Medication Reminders Hygiene/Grooming Assistance Notes:
Client is independent but uses a rollator.
Will need some assistance getting in/out of shower.
Client has some forgetfulness.
Family has vehicle available for use with client as necessary Requirements:
What is required from you? Must be at least 18 years of age or older Must be able to pass a background check Must be authorized to work in the United States Must have a valid ID or Driver's License Must be reliable Caregiver will be expected to wear scrubs Caregiver will be expected to take and log vitals
